Word leiwand adjective: brilliant/top-notch Explanation

This East Austrian colloquialism, most commonly used in Vienna, is used to describe something that is very good, fantastic, acceptable, or top-notch, or someone that is friendly or nice.

Synonym: allererste Sahne (read about this phrase here!)

Tauchen ist wirklich eines der leiwandsten Dinge, die man im Sommer tun kann. = Diving is really one of the most brilliant things that you can do in summer.
