Away from the news in Dresden, The Telegraph reviewed the Anselm Kiefer White Cube exhibition. As did The Times. The artist was interviewed here. The Guardian ran a piece on how translated fiction can ‘open up the world’, referencing, amongst other authors, Stefan Zweig and Hans Fallada. There was more art restitution news last week, as the Bielefeld family business Dr. Oetker returned another painting to the descendants of Jewish owners who were persecuted by the Nazis.
